Exchange and Returns

1. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.
2. You must have the original receipt.
3. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for pet food. All pet food sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food, treats or any edible items that are opened due to strict health policies. Please make your selections carefully, and double check your order before submitting.

Return Process:

1. Visit our store at Jomar Petshop, Ghaxaq By Pass, Hal Ghaxaq, Malta, with the item you wish to return and the original receipt.
2. Our staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria outlined above.
3. If the item is eligible for return, we will process your return and exchange the item or issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect all items upon delivery for any visible signs of damage.
